(389) – SECRET SOCIETY

What is a secret society? There are some definitions:

  1. It is one that is not known by the public. And if it is not known by the public, it is marginal, for it does not benefit the general public.
  2. Secret society is one that is not registered by the law. It is, therefore, unlawful. So, it is that which brings injury to the government or the public.
  3. Secret societies are never established between two honest people, for the honest persons never do things in hiding.

U Jehovah planted a garden separated from the rest of the planet in which he spent the evenings (Gen. 3:8). The Bible registers the borders of this garden of delights (Gen. 2:10-14). In this private garden of God there were all kinds of trees pleasing to the eye and good for food, and the tree of life in the middle of it (Gen. 2:9). Adam was placed in the garden to cultivate and keep it (Gen. 2:15). Adam was God’s gardener, and came to visit Adam and enjoy his company every evening.

There is a problem that envelops the Garden of Eden. God planted it (Gen. 2:8). If God planted it, and if God is Almighty, how was Satan inside the garden? (Gen. 3:1; Rev. 12:9). It is obvious that God was aware that the serpent, in other words, Satan, planned to devour Adam and Eve, for he is omniscient. And did he leave the path free? Did he fail to protect them? They did not know good and evil and would be easily deceived.

U Another issue calls our attention. Between Jehovah and Satan there is filial and open intimacy. A certain day when the sons of Jehovah came to present themselves before him Satan was among them. And Jehovah asked: “From where do you come?” “From roaming about on the earth and walking around on it,” Satan answered. Then Jehovah said to him: “Have you considered my servant Job, a sincere and righteous man, fearing God and turning away from evil? There is none like him on the earth (Job 1:6-8). Taking advantage of this filial intimacy Satan casts doubt upon the faithfulness of Job. Jehovah, with paternal intimacy, accepts Satan’s opinion, coming down to his level. When he does that, Jehovah delivers Job into the hands of Satan to be flogged. Satan destroys Job’s properties and burns his crops, destroys his flock and kills his ten children. The violence with which Satan treated Job before the unmoving eyes of Jehovah reveals that Jehovah had high regard for Satan, to allow such cruelty. Job’s faithfulness had no significance whatsoever to Jehovah. This shows an association of purposes and goals between Satan and Jehovah.

U Jehovah revealed to Abraham that he would take his descendents to Egypt for 400 years and afterwards judge the Egyptians (Gen.15:13-14). In fact, when Joseph was seventeen years old, his brothers, envious of him, sold him to some Ishmaelite on their way to Egypt and sold him as slave to Potiphar, Pharaoh’s eunuch (Gen. 37:2,27-28; 39:1). Joseph, helpless in the face of Jehovah, the author of the plan, ended up as lord of the land of Egypt (Gen. 41:42-44). As there was a great famine in all the earth, and as Joseph had plenty of food, he sent for his father Jacob, who moved down to Egypt with all his family (Gen. 46:26). In Egypt, in 70 years, the sixty-six souls who descended from Jacob multiplied into hundreds of thousands. And the people increased inside the Egyptian idolatry and moral corruption. Jehovah himself reveals the degree of this corruption by the mouth of the prophet Ezekiel: “The word of Jehovah came again to me, saying, Son of man, there were two women, the daughters of one mother: and they played the prostitute in Egypt; they played the prostitute in their youth; there were their breasts pressed, and there was handled the bosom of their virginity. The names of them were Oholah the elder, and Oholibah her sister: and they became mine, and they bore sons and daughters. As for their names, Samaria is Oholah, and Jerusalem Oholibah. Oholah played the prostitute when she was mine; and she doted on her lovers, on the Assyrians [her] neighbors” (Ezek. 23:1-5). “Her sister Oholibah saw this, yet was she more corrupt in her doting than she, and in her prostitution which were more than the prostitution of her sister” (Ezek. 23:11).

Now, Jehovah was aware of Egypt’s corruption; and did he take the descendants of Abraham there to become perverted? Here the malefic intention of this god becomes clear. But what amazes us and makes our hairs stand on end is to realize that Pharaoh is a figure of Satan. It is this same Ezekiel that reveals to us: “Thus says the Lord Jehovah: ‘Behold, I am against you, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great monster that lies in the midst of his rivers, that has said, “My river is my own, and I have made it for myself”’’” (Ezek. 29:3). In Revelations we read that the dragon is Satan (Rev. 12:9).

Who could imagine that 400 years earlier Jehovah had planned to take Jacob to Egypt to be perverted by a satanic nurse, in other words, Pharaoh? We suspect of a secret society.

U In the leading of Israel’s story, in a same episode, the same command is given by two commandments. Let us look at the first one: “Again the anger of Jehovah was kindled against Israel, and he moved David against them, saying, ‘Go, number Israel and Judah’” (2 Sam. 24:1). Another commander, in another book, gives the same command: “Satan stood up against Israel, and moved David to number Israel” (1 Chr. 21:1). Finally, who did command? Was it Jehovah or Satan? It is useless to seek theological explanations. The truth of the texts is clear: Whatever Jehovah commands, Satan commands also. Whatever Jehovah thinks, Satan also thinks. The anger of them both is identical; for the anger of Jehovah is the anger of hell (Deut. 32:22). Both are secretly connected.

U Jehovah, on Sinai, established his kingdom, saying: “You shall be to me a kingdom of priests, and a holy nation” (Ex. 19:6). Then he spoke to the people from the top of the mountain, from the midst of fire and darkness, and gave his law—the Ten Commandments—and wrote them in two tablets of stone (Deut. 4:11-13). And he commanded to Moses his statutes by which he would rule his kingdom here on earth (Deut. 4:14).

Man was created physically mortal (Ps. 8:4; Is. 51:12). But until Moses, sin was not ascribed, for there was no law (Rom. 5:13). When the law was established and sin was ascribed, the soul started to die, for Jehovah said: “The soul who sins, he shall die” (Ezek. 18:4). The soul’s death is the eternal separation of God (Rom. 3:23). The soul is condemned for sinning against the law of Jehovah. This condemnation is the eternal fire. When the judgment of the Church comes, Jesus will thus express himself to the goats: “Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire which is prepared for the devil and his angels” (Matt. 25:41). This place of torment is the empire of Satan. Since Jehovah declared that there is not a soul that does not sin (Eccl. 7:20), everyone is condemned to the devil’s empire, which is the empire of death, which Jehovah created on Mount Sinai, when he gave the law.

Rest assured that he established two kingdoms, when Jehovah gave the law: his kingdom and the kingdom of Satan. This proves that there is a secret society between them. Jesus came down to this world in his flesh to destroy the empire of death established by Jehovah, and save the ones who were sentenced to death. The text says: “Since then the children have shared in flesh and blood, he also himself in the same way partook of the same, that through death he might bring to nothing him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and might deliver all of them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage” (Heb. 2:14-15). The shocking truth about Jehovah is that he is involved with Satan, but Jesus Christ and the Father ARE NOT!
